Beginning Wednesday, October 28, 2026, a new temporary detour road and the newly constructed East Beaver Creek Boulevard will open to traffic. At the same time, approximately 175 feet of Chapel Alley between Chapel Place and East Beaver Creek Boulevard will close for approximately one month.
These traffic changes are part of the ongoing improvements associated with the Village at Avon development. The existing temporary detour road will be removed, and traffic will shift to the new roadway configuration.
Motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists are encouraged to remain alert and use caution while adjusting to the new traffic pattern.
