National Night Out August 4th

The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office is thrilled to invite the community to the annual National Night Out celebration on Tuesday, August 4, from 5 to 8 p.m. This family-friendly evening will take place in Minturn, Edwards, Gypsum, and Basalt.

Event Locations:

Minturn: Little Beach Park (801 Cemetery Rd)

Edwards: Freedom Park (450 Miller Ranch Rd)

Gypsum: Library Park (46 Lundgren Blvd)

Basalt: Triangle Park (750 E Valley Rd, Basalt)

This is one of our favorite nights of the year! It’s an opportunity to come together as neighbors, meet the deputies, firefighters, and first responders who proudly serve our communities, and enjoy a fun summer evening with family and friends.

What’s Happening:

~Live Music – Enjoy performances from Troy Harris Band in Gypsum, Dustin Lucas in Edwards, and DJ Krusher in Minturn.

~Free Food & Refreshments – Enjoy a range of delicious food and drinks while supplies last.

~Face Painting – In Gypsum for kids and kids at heart

~Bouncy Castles – Burn off some energy in Edwards, Minturn, and Gypsum

~Helicopter Landings – Weather permitting, helicopters will land in Edwards and Gypsum

~Touch-a-Truck – Get hands-on with an awesome display of emergency and public service vehicles! You’ll see patrol cars, fire trucks, and more.

~Meet Your First Responders & Partners – Chat with your local deputies, firefighters, EMS crews, and community partner organizations.

National Night Out is a nationwide movement that promotes community-building between law enforcement and the people we serve. It’s a chance to connect with your neighbors, enjoy some summer fun, and help make Eagle County a safer, more connected place to live.
