View the composite ballot for the upcoming November 4, 2025, Coordinated Election in both English and Spanish on the Eagle County Clerk & Recorder’s website. The composite ballot is provided for informational purposes only and features all races and measures for every district participating in the Coordinated Election. For the election, each voter’s individual ballot will only include the specific races and measures for which they are eligible to vote, based on their residential address within Eagle County.
Ballots will be mailed to all active, registered voters beginning October 10, 2025. Voters are encouraged to check their registration status and ensure their residential and mailing addresses are up to date as soon as possible. Colorado law prohibits the forwarding of ballots. Eligible citizens can register to vote, update their existing registration, or confirm their registration details at www.GoVoteColorado.gov.
To increase voter confidence and transparency, Eagle County voters can track their ballots using BallotTrax, a free mail ballot notification system. This service allows voters to receive alerts by phone, email, or text message regarding the status of their ballot, from the time it is mailed to them until it is received and accepted by the Eagle County Elections Division. Voters can customize the type and timing of the notifications they receive.
“BallotTrax is more than just a tool; it’s your personal peace of mind,” said Eagle County Clerk and Recorder Becky Close. “It brings transparency to every step of the process and gives you real-time updates on your ballot. I encourage every voter to sign up and take control of their vote this election season.”
Messages about the status of voter ballots will begin after ballots are mailed to military and overseas voters beginning September 19, 2025, and to all other voters beginning October 10, 2025.
