The Great Outdoors Colorado board awarded $4 million in grant funding to support outdoor recreation and nature programming for kids and families in Lake, Eagle, and Garfield counties.
A $1,500,000 grant will support the Get Outdoors Leadville! (GOL!) coalition.
A $1,200,900 grant will support the Exploremos coalition in Eagle County.
A $1,300,000 grant will support the Garfield County Outdoors coalition.
These grants are part of GOCO’s $24 million investment in the Generation Wild program, supporting 15 coalitions across Colorado that offer free or low-cost outdoor programs tailored to local needs.
